Pay: $70,000–$75,000 Annually
Schedule: Primarily daylight hours with evenings and weekends as needed

Position Summary

The Director of Clubhouse Operations provides operational leadership and support across all Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania Clubhouse locations. This role works closely with Clubhouse Directors and organizational leadership to ensure consistent operations, strong site performance, high-quality youth experiences, and effective implementation of organizational priorities. The Director serves as a coach, collaborator, and problem-solver while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support day-to-day operations across multiple Clubhouse locations.
  • Coach and support Clubhouse Directors to strengthen site performance, consistency, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor enrollment, staffing, quality standards, and key operational metrics.
  • Develop and improve systems, processes, and organizational efficiencies across Clubhouses.
  • Partner with organizational leaders to support compliance, safety, fiscal responsibility, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide operational leadership during site transitions, special projects, and organizational growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Education, Human Services, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive operational, administrative, or organizational leadership experience.
  • Experience supervising, coaching, or developing leaders preferred.
  • Experience in youth development, education, nonprofit operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Required Clearances

CPR/Pediatric First Aid, Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal History, FBI Clearance, NSOR Certificate, TB Test, Mandated Reporter Training, and other required certifications must be obtained upon hire or within established timelines.
