Manager/Supervisor
The Clubhouse Director is responsible for overseeing a multitude of programs, partnerships, member recruitment/outreach, education, social recreation, arts & culture, vocational, health, physical education and mentoring programs as well as supervising the staff who facilitate these programs and activities. 

This position is responsible for planning, developing, overseeing, implementation and supervision of programs and program employees; works closely with the school on facility management, leads fundraising opportunities for the Clubhouse, parent and community relations, special events, and other activities as assigned. This position reports to the Area Director.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall success of the Clubhouse by driving enrollment, program quality, staff performance, and community engagement.
  • Build strong partnerships with schools, families, community organizations, and the Advancement team to expand programs, fundraising, and visibility.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment that supports youth development across sports, literacy, arts, and STEM programming.
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and supervise staff and volunteers, fostering a positive, high‑performing team culture.
  • Manage Clubhouse operations, including schedules, budgets, payroll, reporting, and daily onsite leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations, quality standards, and food program requirements (PA DHS, Keystone STARS, CACFP).
  • Collaborate with organizational leadership on staff development, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment that supports youth success, confidence, and achievement.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in early childhood education, child development, education, human services, or a related field, with progressively responsible experience working with children (degree/experience combinations accepted per PA DHS requirements).
  • 2–3 years of experience leading or coordinating a youth program or licensed childcare setting; management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and retain staff while fostering a positive, supportive team culture.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort using educational and program technology.
  • Commitment to high‑quality customer service and family engagement.
  • Ability to be onsite a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a dynamic, active environment.

Compensation: Starting salary of $50,000/annually
