CyberBus Youth Development Manager
What You’ll Do
- Support hands‑on STEM, digital literacy, mentoring, and enrichment activities
- Build positive, supportive relationships with youth
- Help create a welcoming, safe, and fun mobile clubhouse environment
- Assist with daily CyberBus setup, breakdown, and organisation
- Support safety procedures, youth arrival/departure, and equipment readiness
- Help supervise volunteers and support program quality
- Track attendance, documentation, and required reports
- Represent BGCWPA professionally in the community
- Work flexible hours, including some evenings and occasional weekends
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in education, human services, STEM, or related field OR
- Associate’s degree with 1 year of youth experience OR
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of youth experience
- Interest in STEM or technology‑based learning preferred
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, mobile environment
- Google Suite and basic tech troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s licence preferred; CDL a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in a mobile unit
Certifications & Clearances
- Required Pennsylvania clearances and certifications upon hire (or within 6 months), including CPR/First Aid and mandated reporting requirements
